I took a very cool vintage Kansas City Chiefs tee shirt and turned it into a sexy halter top or dress. I made straps from brand new black and white houndstooth fabric.I sewed elastic around the entire top to assure a perfect fit. Very incredible graphics on this shirt. You won't see another one.
