I took this very cool vintage souvenir tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top or dress. I made straps from brand new matching music note cotton that has a touch of glitter. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. Would make a great gift! One of a kind. Bust stretches from 30"-38". It's 24" long
