I took this very cool brand new MARIJUANA HISTORY tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top or dress. I made straps out of matching black jersey. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. One of a kind. Looks great with jeans. Bust stretches from 29"-36". It's 23"long
