I took this very cool Green Day Rock'n'Roll tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top or dress. I made straps of brand new punk rock black and white cotton. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. One of a kind. Bust stretches from 30"-38". It's 28" long
