I took this very cool vintage Bette Midler tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top. I made straps and side panels of new leopard cotton. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. Perfect for a Bette Midler fan! One of a kind. Bust stretches from 27"-38". It's 22" long
