I took this very cool vintage No Doubt tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top or dress. I made straps of new matching punk rock cotton fabric. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. Perfect for a No Doubt "Gwen" fan! One of a kind. Bust stretches from 34"-40". It's 30" long
